Yes, you’ll be able to request extra room nights on your 4848 Festival Package before and/or after the Festival. Snowshoe will not be able to accommodate additional room requests until Spring 2026.

Yes! All tickets purchased will include a fun pass so you can enjoy all of the fun amenities on the mountain!
Only 3-Day Tickets are available at this time.
Stand Alone tickets are available for purchase. But we highly recommend staying on the mountain and enjoying 4848 to the fullest!

All sales are final and non-refundable.
No, all tickets will be emailed with a scannable barcode.
Our Payment Plan gives guests the flexibility to pay for their order in monthly installments, with no additional cost.
The card on file will be charged monthly on the same calendar date as the initial purchase.For example: If a guest purchases on Dec 10, their next payment will be charged on Jan 10, then monthly on the 10th until the balance is paid in full.
Guests may not customize payment amounts or modify installment structures. By completing a purchase, guests agree to the preset installment schedule.
Payment details can be updated at any time during the Payment Plan.
Visit 4848festival.com/bookings and select the Change Card option on your order.
If a payment fails, guests will receive an email notification. The following automatic reattempts will occur:
Retry 1: 7 days after the initial failed attempt
Retry 2: 14 days after the initial failed attempt
If the second attempt fails, the missed installment enters default and incurs a 5% late penalty, which will be added to remaining payments.
The third attempt will include this penalty.
If all three attempts fail, the purchase will be canceled and all payments made will be forfeited.
Guests may cancel their Payment Plan at any time and pay the full remaining balance by contacting the festival box office at info@4848festival.com

Snowshoe Resort
NO PETS are allowed within 4848 Festival room packages, concert areas or festival grounds.
We recommend making your travel plans with your friends and printing directions if you are unfamiliar with the area. Cell Reception is unreliable as far as an hour away from Snowshoe Resort. Upon arrival to the top of the mountain, you will be greeted with Free Public WIFI throughout the Village!
There is an BP Station just at the bottom of the mountain (North Entrance) on Cass Rd just past the Inn at Snowshoe.
Some room packages will indicate a specific building your room will be in. Other room packages will indicate a group of buildings in which your room can be located. You will not know your specific building until check in.
Some of our Packages are for up to 9 rooms, accommodating the whole squad. You can choose your bedroom on our Tickets & Lodging Page.
Yes - Parking is included in your room package.
Camping
Yes, RV Packages are available!
Complimentary Ski-Lift and Festival Express Shuttles to get you to and from the Mountaintop Village Festivities and will operate from 8:00 am until the music ends.
Yes. We offer complimentary showers at the Campground.
Yes. There is both potable water and flushing toilets at the Campground.
Concert Area
No drinks, no food, no glass, no coolers, no drones, no fireworks, no weapons, no unauthorized vending or bootlegged merchandise, no laser pens, no umbrellas, no bad attitudes.
Yes, there will be viewing areas with ADA accessibility for both stages. If you plan to utilize the ADA Viewing Areas, please register here.
Yes! Snowshoe offers great recycling program on the mountain. We hope to make it even better in 2026.
Yes! We provide free fill-stations throughout the festival. Don't forget your water bottle!
No. We will be selling alcohol in both locations.
General Questions
Yes! With a variety of groceries, sundries, and more, Wildcat Grocery is your one-stop-shop for anything you may have forgotten to bring to the mountain. Along with grocery items, Wildcat offers hot coffee and the largest beer cave on the mountain.

Yes! There are both Food & Craft Vendors at 4848.
Absolutely! We welcome families of all shapes and sizes up on the beautiful mountain!
YES! And that is certainly encouraged. Hit the trails before hitting the Venue.
We can experience quick changing weather - so we recommend always being prepared. Bring a rain jacket and layers to be safe. The mountain in July advertises 82 with lows at 60.
